The short answer
Open aerlingus.com directly and choose Manage Trip. Use the details from your confirmation. If the booking is not found, verify the airline reference and surname with the original seller rather than buying another ticket.

Find the right reference
An agency itinerary number and an airline booking reference can be different. Check your confirmation for the airline’s own reference. For an itinerary involving more than one airline, ask whether there is a separate reference for each carrier.
Work through one problem at a time
Confirm that the surname and reference are entered as supplied, without extra spaces. If the itinerary was recently changed, use the newest confirmation. Keep a note of the error message and the time it appeared so you can describe the issue clearly.
Understand what the missing option means
An unavailable change or seat button can reflect booking eligibility or the way the ticket was issued. It does not necessarily mean your flight is cancelled. Ask the issuer about the specific action you want to take.
Protect the booking details
This independent website has no booking lookup or airline login. Enter passenger references only on the airline’s official site or through a verified provider. Do not send your airline password to an independent support line.
Common questions
Can I enter my booking reference here?
No. There is no reservation lookup form on this website.
Why does the agent’s reference fail?
It may not be the airline reference. Ask the original seller to identify the correct one.
Where is the official link?
Our official-contact page links to Aer Lingus’s support directory, where you can open Manage Trip.
